Shipping policy

We ship Monday through Friday, except on federal holidays. Orders will generally ship within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm ET and Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. Orders may take slightly longer to fulfill during busier periods.

Free Shipping

Orders over $50 within the domestic United States and Puerto Rico will ship for free.

Flat-Rate Shipping

If your order doesn't meet our free shipping option, you'll still only pay flat-rate $8.99 ground shipping (it's not free, but it's one of the best rates around). We never charge F.O.B. or overweight surcharges. To qualify for flat-rate shipping orders must be shipped within the continental US. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship via 2nd Day Air. Domestic Shipping

We ship domestic U.S. and Puerto Rico orders via USPS or UPS. Orders will typically arrive within 2 to 6 business days.

International Shipping

All orders shipping outside of the contiguous United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands are required to pay actual shipping charges as well as any additional Taxes, Duties or Brokerage fees that may be charged upon entry into the destination country.
Please be sure to check with your local customs agency to ensure all items that you wish to import will be given entry for delivery into your country.
International orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
As a general rule any item that is fed-to an animal is not likely to clear customs for delivery.
Dr. Hansen's Equine Apothecary is not responsible for damages or losses due to shipment outside the continental USA or confiscation by your local customs agency.

Please be aware that UPS charges an additional fee upon delivery that you are responsible for. All customs, duties and taxes will be collected by UPS at the time of delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
