As a company founded by an equestrian, we've put our products to the test in our barns and on our horses, and back every order with world-class customer service so that you can shop with confidence. As part of our 100% Happiness Guarantee, we will fully refund or replace any product within 120 days of receiving your order.
Your process must be initiated within 120 days of receiving your purchase in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement. If you feel your circumstances are exceptional and you are now outside of this policy, please email info@drhansensapothecary.com

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygienic purposes, we cannot accept returns on our products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
